To meet our customer's requirements and demands we have developed a comprehensive set of capabilities in design and engineering. We have extensively utilizing latest design and manufacturing technologies such as CAD/CAM. We are networked to communicate with our customers and accept work orders and engineering documentation in a variety of industry standard formats (DXF, DWG, IGES, etc.)

The examples of our work include fixture design projects for numerous CNC machines, customization of HAAS four axis rotary tables, semi-automated fixtures and conveyor lines for assembly work. Depending on the project specifics, we are also involved in a complete product development, from the concept design through production. Our customer list includes Fortune 500 companies in electronic, medical, food, and precision machinery industries.

Over the last few years WBM, Inc. was involved in a series of projects, where our partnership went far beyond responsibilities of a standard machine shop. We have developed close relationships with our key suppliers, which speeds up the acquisition process and cuts costs for our customers.

Our expertise varies from sand castings (ferrous and non-ferrous) to aluminum die castings and to investment castings. We regularly work with 5 Midwest foundries building the advantages of price leverage. These relationships are built on mutual interest with WBM acting both as a customer and a supplier.

For finishing operations we have developed the chain of suppliers from prime-paint dipping to powder painting and black epoxy cathodic coating. WBM has implemented the system of open orders with optimized schedule of releases and providing JIT delivery.
